Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the provision of services (‘the Services’) by Hala Services pursuant to the request for booking from the website www.halaservices.ae (‘the Request’) and form an integral part of the contract between the passenger in whose favour the Request has been made (‘the Passenger’) and Hala Services.
The Request has been processed exclusively for the benefit of and use by the Passenger and is non-endorsable and non-transferable.
Hala Services accepts no liability and/or claims due incorrect information from passenger and representative making reservation on behalf of the customer
The Request is valid for the provision of the Services only in respect of the flight and on the date as shown on the booking confirmation unless the Passenger has notified Hala Services of any alterations more than 4hrs in advance before the service commences.
Refund claims can be accepted and processed only at the office of the agent of Hala Services at Sharjah international Airport. Communication with this office can be in person or by fax, mail or email.
Hala Services accepts no liability for refunds and/or claims that are made after 45 days from date of service provision.
Hala Services accepts no liability against claims by passengers who miss their flights due to their late arrival for Departures.
All bookings to be made 24hrs prior to flight arrival/departure.
Hala Services accepts no responsibility and the Passenger expressly releases Hala Services from any liability for the consequences of any delay or for any loss suffered by the Passenger as a result of the actions of Hala Services and/or any third parties, including without limitation, the Customs or Immigration authorities at Sharjah International Airport.
The Passenger agrees that the Passenger alone is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Government requirements upon entry to and exit from Sharjah International Airport and that all other required documents are in order and that any conditions to which such documents are subject are complied with. The Passenger expressly releases Hala Services from any liability whatsoever arising as a result of the Passenger failing to comply with this condition.
The Services are provided only at Sharjah International Airport upon arrival or departure.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Sharjah, U.A.E.
